Learning and Leading Collaboratively

Being known as a team player is more than a compliment, it is an essential element for success as a leader.

That's why team learning and leading begins with our Teams@Haas curriculum, introduced as part of the WE Launch orientation when you meet your initial collaborative partners: your study team and your cohort. Throughout your studies, you will be called on to lead—and to be a team player—on class assignments, in discussions, and on group projects.

You can also take a leadership role in your cohort, in student government, or for an extracurricular activity. And, of course, you can flex your collaborative leadership skills in your job, from day one.
