MBA Career Services supports career advancement and career change by giving students in the Evening & Weekend MBA Program access to the same services as full-time MBA students, such as unlimited advising, on-campus recruiting, and hundreds of job postings. The Evening & Weekend MBA Career Services team also tailors services specifically to meet the needs of working professionals, with such offerings as webinars and career fairs exclusively for mid- to high-level professionals.

Directed Job Search Teams
Career Services also offers six-week directed job search teams facilitated by an experienced job coach. Students share leads and ideas and hold each other accountable for progress through weekly phone check-ins. One recent participant said, "The team helped me focus and drive my job search. At the end of six weeks, I had a fully updated and honed resumÈ and pitch -- and an interview with a target company."

Firm Nights & Career Fairs
Firm nights are club-sponsored networking events for MBA students interested in exploring particular industries. Career fairs connect MBA students and alumni directly with recruiters from such companies as Hewlett-Packard, Kaiser Permanente, Visa, and Apple. You may also host a table to recruit for your own company or invite your employer to recruit at these events.
On-Campus Recruiting
Graduating Evening & Weekend MBA students who have completed the required training and deliverables may participate in On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) for full-time positions. Students in their second year may participate in OCR for summer internships if they are unemployed.
