Relationship Managers

Whether you’re moving forward in your current field or making a change, you’ll want to build relationships. Our relationship managers are deeply connected to both established employers and the newest entrants in the industries they follow. Because they track industry trends, they can help you generate leads and understand how various firms in your target field recruit and hire, as well as help connect you with a specific company or recruiter.

Career Coaches

Because they take the time to get to know you, our career coaches excel at helping you present the story of “you” at its most compelling. They partner with you in framing your career goals, refining your search strategy, and preparing to show up as a leader when you interview, whether at your current firm or somewhere new. And when you get the offer, career coaches can help you evaluate it and negotiate terms.

Peer Advisors

An internship can be a good way to test drive a career change. Students in the Evening & Weekend MBA Program are eligible for internships after the second year. Peer advisors share insights from their internship experiences and can help you prepare for internship interviews.

Peer Network

Your classmates and fellow students in our other MBA programs are one of your best resources for honest answers to questions about a vast array of roles, companies, and industries. Whether it’s managing finance for Google or marketing for McKesson, their insights and connections may lead you to your next job or promotion.

Industry Specialists

Every industry has its own jargon; our industry specialists are expert translators, helping you understand more precisely the skills needed for a given position as well as the cultural and functional differences at various companies.  From finance and consulting to social impact or product management, industry specialists can offer advice on honing your story to get hired or advance to a new position with your current employer.  They are also a resource for networking suggestions and companies to add to your list of potential employers.
